Jared Arthur has over 18 years work experience in the design and survey of site development projects. This experience includes design of residential subdivisions, water and wastewater systems, commercial site design, and LA DOTD off-system bridge replacement program. His specialty is hydraulics and hydrology with the use of steady/unsteady computer models. His engineering computer experience includes working knowledge of Auto-Cad Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrology and Hydraulic programs, Hec-Ras modeling and LA DOTD Hydrwin.
Jared is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Civil Engineering. While in school he concentrated in the fields of Hydraulics, Hydrology and Surveying. To complete his course requirements for a land surveyors license, Jared studied at The University of Wyoming.
Jared has been with Paul L Miers Engineering since 2012 where he served as Chief Engineer before becoming partner. He is currently fulfilling requirements to become a licensed land surveyor.
